The Bricker's: Too early?

About Me

I am originally from Houston, TX and my husband Bobby is from Marshfield, MO. We met while working in UT at Radioshack (SOOOOO NERDY) when our managers set us up to go to a corporate meeting in Salt Lake together. We hit it off right away and haven't stopped talking since (well, Bobby says I haven't stopped talking since :)). We got married in July 2004, in the Houston, TX LDS Temple and had our perfect baby boy, Tyler, on Feb. 17, 2007. Our baby girl, Kylee, just arrived on Dec. 29, 2008 and we are thrilled that she is apart of our family! Bobby is working part time at Wells Fargo while finishing up with school at USU and I am LOVE, LOVE, LOVING working as a stay-at-home mother! Enjoy reading our blog!

Too early?

So I'm thinking he's not so much ready for the potty training.

You could try a little potty - that's what we did at first and then once Jackson really figured out that boys stand up at the big potty, that's the only way he would go. So I'd say, first start with a little potty and a jar of candy on the counter by the sink.; November 17, 2008 at 8:14 PM
